Mr Coleman will be taking leave from Week 8 this term and for all of Term 4. We welcome Kathleen Arthur-Smith to our school who will be working as the teacher Librarian for this time.
Mrs Carr has had to take some unexpected personal leave this term and will return next term. Currently Maddy Clemenson is continuing the Music program with the children.

Hi everyone! My name is Stephanie Baart and I’m excited to be joining the 6B classroom with the lovely Miss Renee Pettet. I’m currently in my final year at the University of New England, studying a Bachelor of Special and Inclusive Education (Primary).
I'm originally from the Central West town of Bathurst, I moved to Newcastle three years ago with my sister to pursue new opportunities and continue my studies. I now work as a Learning Support Assistant at St Dominic’s Catholic College, where I’ve developed a deep passion for inclusive education and supporting diverse learners.
I’m committed to creating learning spaces where every student feels valued, challenged, and inspired. I’m really looking forward to learning from the amazing staff and students here, and contributing to a warm, engaging classroom environment. Thank you for welcoming me—I’m so happy to be here!
