From the Sports Desk
Last Monday, 40 children from St James participated in the Regional Swimming Carnival at Wallsend Pool. The competition was fierce, the heat was intense, and thankfully, the storms held off for most of the day. It was truly inspiring to witness the children compete with such bravery, determination, and exemplary sportsmanship. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you.
A special congratulations to the following nine children who have qualified for the next round: the Diocesan Swimming Carnival, which will be held at the Forum Aquatics Centre on February 26th.
